IfugaoDiket Rice Pudding 


1 cup Jordan Farms Ifugao Diket/ Jordan Farms Tapol

2 cups water

2 cups coconut cream

½ cup white sugar 

For the Garnish 

1 cup coconut sugar

½ cup water

Fresh mangoes 


  1. Wash and rain rice twice. In a saucepan add water and soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour .

  2. Cook the rice until tender.

  3. In a separate saucepan , simmer coconut cream and sugar until sugar is dissolved .

  4. Add the cooked rice and stir . Continue cooking in low fire until mixture is creamy and the coconut cream is well absorbed. Don’t let it dry up as it will further set when cool .

  5. Make the garnish : Boil water and coconut sugar until it turns into syrup.
