Chico's Chorizo Rice


2 cups cooked Harvester’s Long Grain Rice

1 tbsp cooking oil

1/4 cup onion, diced

3 tbsp green bell pepper, diced

1 tbsp red bell pepper, diced

1 tsp garlic, chopped

35 g Chinese sausage, chopped

2 tbsp frozen peas, thawed

1/2 tsp paprika

1/8 tsp ground pepper


green onion (white part), sliced



  1. In a separate large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic until lightly browned.

  3. Add sausage, peas, paprika, pepper, and cooked Harvester's Long Grain rice. Cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Season with salt according to taste.

  5. Top with green onions to garnish.
